Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I'm a big fan of yoga and Pilalites... great way to work the core without killing yourself... it also will give you better flexablity and endurance of a different kind... and you can work up a lot of sweat too doing it...

I've really really thought about yoga...because I have ZERO flexibility.  The yoga classes at the gym are never at a good time for me.

I have a beginner yoga tape/mat/ball etc at home....and have not used it once.  I'm a terrible self motivator at home....
