Monday EXERCISE!!

alright people.. the exercise thread seems to be dying.  Time to get it back on track.  I've been exercising, just haven't tracked it on here.  So here goes.

Change of plans.... doing Body Pump instead of spin.. the class is earlier... a friend needs to me to pick up her kids for her

If I can get there early enough, I will also do week 1 day 2 of couch to 5K training. 

What are you doing to move today?!

Got to the gym this morning and did 10 minutes on the stair stepper, plus 15 on the treadmill, then some weights (mostly back and abs) and a really good bout of stretching and kicks.

Good Morning Lisa,
It was good seeing you at the cooking class. I also have been excercising but most day only I post on it so I stopped posting. I did my hour on the ellliptical after taking the weekend off as rest days. Hope everyone has a good day!!

I am still plugging away on the exercise...45mins. doing hills on the bike this morning.   Why does it feel like my butt is expanding??   Oh, that's right....it's muscle.    hehehehehe

<-------------------   Well well well look who is posting on the exercise thread!

I went to the gym today after work :)

I learned a few things A)  **** I'm outta shape  B)  I need a personal trainer  C)  I deifnately will NEVER let that happen again D)  I lost my earphones and need new ones for my ipod

I did:  10 minutes on the stair climber.  First time I've ever done the stair climber.  I hate the damn thing.  HOWEVER....it apparently counts flights of stairs you climbed?  According to the machine, I did 25 flights...so I have no doubt I can do the philly stair climb.  I might be dead at the end of it, but I know I can do it.

15 mins on the ellipitical:  Switching every 5 minutes from front to backwards

15 mins on the treadmill  8 mins @ 3.5 on 15% incline, 7 mins alternating between jogging on no incline at 3.5 and walking briskly (alternating every 1-2 mins)

Stretching

Some abs
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
