sticking to the basics - Monday
B: yogurt with fiber one cereal and a banana
S: 2 boiled egg whites
L: spinach salad with chicken, black beans, red onions and tomato
D: tacoless taco salad
lots of water and all my vitamins
Exercise - PT tonight - not really what I consider exercise but all I am allowed to do right now.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I may not eat it all, but its what I packed up this morning.
here's my plan for the day:
Lots of water and vitamins
B: 2 eggs, monterey jack cheese, protein bread w/ Can't believe it's not butter (eggs are farm fresh from my friend's farm.. they were good!!)
S: chobani w/ sugar free jelly and little bit of granola
L: turkey chili
S: carrots with hummus
D: tandoori chicken w/ some kind of veggie
S: protein shake after gym
S: 1/2 egg, 1/2 oz cheeze, 1/2 slice turkey bacon in an omeletter
L: Creamy black bean soup with 3/4 oz low-fat cheddar melted in
S: protein with soymilk
D: italian tomato/bean soup, I think, SF pudding

Basically on purees and soft foods until my follow up on the 4th. I dont really have much of an appetite but its a sure way to get rid of that carb monster!!
B-8oz strawberry banana GNC protein shake
S- 1/2c cream of wheat
L- greek yogurt, protein powder and puree strawberries
S-maybe another protein shake
D- ricotta bake or maybe some cottage cheese
Drinking lots and lots of water (and decaf coffee).
No exercise for a few weeks.
