Ditto from me! I have been working to have chicken or turkey for most meals. My boyfriend said the other night--- "I love your cooking, but we eat a lot of chicken" LOL... So, every now and then I mix it up with lean pork or lean beef.

I jut posted about a new yogurt that is pretty dense and when I eat that I feel full and am good to go! It is called Siggi's.

I just checked the stat's on Siggi's yogurt.  They look pretty good.  Even for the flavored varieties.  10 grams of sugar is not bad considering it's mostly milk sugars.  And I like the idea of agave nectar as the sweetener.

Where do you get it?  I've never seen it at my grocery store (Giant)

The only places I have found it are Wegman's and The Fresh Market.

Yup yup...pouches work..sometimes it's us who don't, lol, cause nobody's perfect

I heard something interesting when I was early out....from a person who doesn't quite "get" the whole stretching out thing....basically because there are two outlets from the pouch (one going in and one coming out) and although stretching DOES happen...it would generally take a long time for it to happen, or happen from an older type surgery that has changed from how they did it so long ago.

The rules change...as Jackie has since posted
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

also something on this that my surgeon told me yesterday..

he said that yes, your pouch might stretch, BUT it will bounce back if treated right.  He no longer does revisions based on this.

After reading Jackie's rules for dummies, I actually would agree with this coming from his mouth.
