Avatar help

OK.  I know I am not an idiot.  Miss Lisa and Tracy keep telling me to change my profile pick well I would if I could.  I have a phot uploaded, but it doesn't give me an option to change it.  HELP

These sites can be frustrating sometimes but if you click on 'my account' in the upper right hand corner of this screen your profile will come up with your current picture in the upper left hand corner. Right under that it says 'change avatar' - click on that and a window will open that allows you to upload a new photo. Chances are you won't see the change for a couple of days for some reason, but we will. Whenever I change mine people will comment on the new one but when I post all I can see is the old one.

try to refresh your screen.. hit F5 repeatedly.  That should work
