I hate to break it to you Steffi, but rarely are your words ever kept inside your head.  You generally share them with the world either through type or talk.  But, we love you all the same.. you wouldn't be Steffi if you didn't share EVERY LITTLE THING going on in that crazy brain of yours..

Glad you got your tooth straightened out and managed to do it without killing your favorite dentist!

Get some work done today.. I think you may have somewhat less distraction from one of your new friends today.. maybe.. 

Steffi and Lisa - I think I will just stand here in the corner and smile, nodding my head politely.  I don't understand my wife after many years and I certainly don't understand you lovely ladies after a few months. 

And yes Lisa, I am slowly making progress on some work but the boss is off the next couple days, so while the cat's away, you know how it goes.

Not sure what to say about that.....lol 

Steffi and I have decided that we must have been separated at birth..so yes, there are 2 of us.  BUT, there are some significant differences.. ie... she has a husband and 2 kids, I am out there playing the field and have 1 kid..

Also.. haven't found her "other" side yet... but I'm sure it's in there somewhere.. LOL

Afternoon everyone I had my apt with Dr Sawyna this morning it went okay I have fill done I think if I counted right it's my 4th one and I CAN feel this one let me tell you. He did do little somethign different before he placed the fill in the band he took out all the salien tht was in the band then placed it back in along with the fill so I got poked twice well more then that causeI'm hard stick to find my port for soem reason. I'm little up set I gained 2 bls but he was not that worried said it could be water weight. How ever I have been having issues with heart burn and pain off and on on the right side so I have to go for gallbladder test to see whats going on with that now. It's never dull moment with me.

Hi Friends!

Busy day today!  Got to the gym this morning - legs are still hurting too much from the Tuesday night workout to do too much of anything leg-oriented, so I did cardio warmup then a strive circuit (focusing more on upper body).  Still felt good!

Have been in meetings most of the day and hope to head home SOON...

Our new kitchen cabinets arrived today - can't wait for the installer to come out and unbox them, then to schedule the installation!  Woo hoo!  It's really happening!

Hope to work on jewelry tonight, too... that would be fun.
