morning Liz... I understand the need to shop. I did some the other day.

Trying to follow pouch rules and doc wants me to stay under 1000 cals, which I'm sure I do, but will be entering everything into Sparkpeople to be sure of what I am doing.

B: cheese omelette
S: carrots and hummus
L: chicken thigh w/veggies
S: clementine and string cheese

I know it's not great as far density is concerned...but I know tonight at work I won't have the luxury of being able to eat dry things and take my time so I don't get sick...so it is what it is for right now.  The dinner may change once I get home....we'll see
