I had a good visit to the board Health Services office and will be returning to work on Monday.

After I got home, I took a leap of faith and joined Bally's Total Fitness. Till tomorrow they have a special running that is $29.99 a month, no commitment, and no start-up fee. I needed the pool, and went for a swim and water walked, and then sat in the jacuzzi for a while. I am so glad I did this for myself.

GREAT news on both fronts! I hope you really enjoy the gym - a pool is a wonderful thing! My gym has just added a new facility (the Doylestown Hospital Wellness Center), which has 3 lovely pools and as of March 1st we can use them as part of our membership. I truly cannot wait!!!

ERP - but that also means bathing suit shopping, which i haven't done with any degree of comfort in years - not looking forward to that part of it. Oh well! Nothing ventured nothing gained... or lost, as you might say.

OH, I miss swimming. It's so relaxing. No place to do so near me. When you are feeling up to it, do a lap for me, will ya? Congrats on the return back to work.
