Surely, Pam.  We use "ritual" for all the big and important things in our lives; it can really help us on a personal level when something is that big.

For so long, we let food masque our emotions.   Now that we are more in tune with our emotion, the more we need support  from people who understand.

While I don't have amagic wand to make your pain go away (sure wish I did), but understand that  we are here for you.
