Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be again watching what I put in my mouth. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Hiya-

Did a 1/2 hour with Kim Kardashian and it was great because her trainer does the work and it is a challenging workout!

Also, glad I moved my workouts to early mornings... I feel like I have more energy and have accomplished so much before 8 am nowadays.

Just got back from doing a really TOUGH hour-long workout called "Interval Fight Training" - kind of an intense martial arts workout set to really fast music with NO pauses...

After a week "off" from formal workouts, should be interesting to see if I can actually move tomorrow.  Haha.
