* Freaking Friday Finally Roll call
Well, I've never started a roll call before - so this is a first. But it's after 11 PM so i figure it's technically ok. Haha.
Today was a long freaking day! got up at 5, shoveled and snow-blowed and scraped to dig the car out so I could drive to philly to unload and get the booth set up for the Rosen show. Made it - just took my time and was pleasantly surprised at the roads in most places. Once I got to I-95, it was pretty much smooth sailing except the side streets in the city. We got the booth loaded in and set up (that was a MAJOR workout), then changed into our "artsy" clothes (NOT fun changing into dressy clothes in a convention center bathroom) and schmoozed with the buyers until 7 pm, when we packed up and headed home. Needless to say, I'm tired.
But I've got my food planned out for tomorrow, plus I think I have my clothes picked out too (depends on what I feel like in the morning - always subject to change). Tomorrow, I take the train in and home, so that makes life easier! Then it's "rinse and repeat" for the next 4 days ;-).
I hope you all had a safe time digging out (except you, Liz - NO digging for you!) and that you're enjoying the enforced time off... have fun and stay safe.

Good Luck Karen I am sure you will do well.
We are heading out on the long journey to NC. I fear the roads will be bad and the traffic worse in DC then ever. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. That we get there ok, that the traffic fairies are with us and that we dont kill each other along the way LOL

Good Morning Everyone,
Sorry I have been MIA the last couple of weeks, but that's a long story I will go into on another post later today.
Pretty much same old same old for me today. Taking Robb to work this morning and have a Dr's appointment this afternoon at 1pm. In between it's home to thow dishes in the dishwasher and make a hug pot of Chili, most of which will be going into the freezer.
Hope everyone has dug themselves out and those that have to be out and about are careful today. Here in Delaware the main roads are good but neighborhoods and side roads are still pretty brutal.
God I hate snow.
Kris.

So glad to see that there's no snow predicted for today. It took all day yesterday for us to dig out.
We had dinner last night in King of Prussia with my husband's son - working here this week, lives in Seattle so we don't see him often. Honestly, I was surprised at how LITTLE snow there was out that way, and even along the turnpike corridor, compared to where we are close to Lancaster. Snow here is mid-thigh deep, and shoveled/plowed piles are well over my 5'4" height. It'll be a long time melting.
Working today - it's getting to be one of my busiest seasons of the year. Then have an appt. to take clothes in to the consignment store this afternoon (still have a few things to press and get on hangers).
Tonight - a pre-valentine's dinner out with friends. Nicest part is that someone else organized and put together this gathering (it's the type of thing I would usually do....) so all we have to do is show up!
Happy Friday everyone!

Good Morning all - safe travels to those going out - roads aren't terrible but aren't pretty either.
Karen, not to worry, no shoveling for me! I can barely breathe through watching Chris shovel! lol
I am back at work today and will tough it out as long as I can. I am wondering if the breathing issues aren't related to anxiety (I start having trouble breathing because of where the baby is, get upset which makes it worse - evil cycle which I'll mention to the Dr. See if my theory holds water)
After work I want to stop and get Chris some of his favorite candy for Valentine's Day then home to put the feet up and let someone deliver me dinner!
This weekend not much planned. Grocery shopping and a trip to Super Walmart tomorrow then home to clean and rest, Sunday more cleaning and resting.

Good Morning.
Kids are all home again today. I am hoping to keep my sanity. For some reason my oldest 2 boys have been at each others throats all week and I am at my wits end.
Today I will get my car to the garage for inspection, then come home and chill and relax a little. I will pack an over night bag since tomorrow Johnny and I are going away over night for some much needed quality time. We will leave as soon as the boys' wrestling match is over.
This evening, we also have no kids and will probably go out for dinner and run a few errands.
Hope everyone has a great day!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
