***Snowed In Thursday Roll Call***
Hi all!
I'm a little late to the party, but better late than never!!
We spent about 3 hours digging out today. I share a driveway with my neighbor, so we worked together to get all 3 cars, walks, and driveway cleared. We're supposed to get Paul's son in DE today, but apparently only emergency vehicles are allowed on the roads there yet. His mom leaves tomorrow for vacation and was going to have us meet them by the Phila airport today, but their development hasn't been plowed yet, so they're not going anywhere. I'm sooo glad we don't have to go anywhere for a while! I'm enjoying being home and doing nothing!
When we were dressing to go out this morning, I tried to talk Paul into wearing my ski pants since his ski suit doesn't fit him anymore. (His 15 year old son wears it now.) He fussed about what I was going to wear, and I told him I'd find something. Went to the basement and put his ski suit on---and it fit perfectly! Never thought I'd see the day that I could wear that!!!
I was supposed to go to CareerLink today to learn about getting funding for school, but I wasn't driving there in this mess. Can't find out if they're closed, but there's been no answer whenever I've tried to call. Oh well, I'll just have to sign up for another session.
