Wednesday workout!
way to go!! No excuses! I had to work, but had a 4 hour training this morning. So, I sat on my stability ball for a good hour and did random stuff with various body parts.... leg lifts, ab crunches, bouncing, etc.
I also went outside and walked around in the snow up to the corner to see how MacArthur Rd was.. not a far walk, but in the snow, it was definitely a workout.
