sticking to the basics - friday!
B: 1 scrambled egg
S: inspire caramel latte in decaf
L: tomato garden soup, 4 oz
S: gonna branch out and try making a strawberry shake (with 1 berry, since it will be my firstone1)
D: 1 oz chicken in 3 oz chicken broth, 4 oz SF vanilla pudding
S: SF jello if I'm feeling like it, up to 4 oz

Things will be "odd" for the next few days being at the show - only what I can bring with or buy at Reading Terminal (which I'm trying to stay out of)... no microwave or prep space, eating on the run in the booth while talking to people. No excuses, just explanations...

S: Cashew butter with cocopops
D: shrimp ****tail (homemade ****tail sauce)
S: maybe a little hot chili when i get home to warm up
