This is going to be rough but I'll fill in as I go

B: egg and cheese omlet, 1 slice of toast
S: yogurt
L: not sure - maybe leftover chicken from last night
S: I am going to have to get creative - I Desperately need to shop!
D: digging through the freezer shortly
S: chocolate pudding

I'm out of hibernation and sore as all hell.  Shoulder, hip and knee are out.  Here is my plan:

B: Scrambled egg
MS: decaf with protein
L:  4 oz creamy black bean soup (homemade)

AF: protein powder with skim and sf choc sauce
D:  I think I'm going to try 1 oz of stewed chicken in 4 oz of straciatella

ES: sf jello

m5 protein drink
m6 optional(nuts and raisins or turkey and cheese roll up)

I'm not going to post my food.  Just saying hi to all my "basics" peeps.  My food schedule is nuts since I need extra calories for recovery from plastics.  But I've lost 6 lbs.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
