Wintry Wednesday Roll Call
Good Morning Snowy PA!
After it taking Johnny 3 hours to make a 15 minute drive last night, I am pretty sure I am going to insist he stay put if I can. LOL
Today, we are all home, no school or work for anyone. Johnny will hop on the John Deere and clean up the driveway, I will probably nag at the kids. They have been bickering alot the last few days.
If Johnny's neice needs a ride home from work, Johnny MAY go and get her. She works at the hospital. Hospital drivers are on thier way to pick her up right now, IF she is allowed to leave after er shift and there is no one to bring her home, he will venture in to pick her up.
Other than that, it's just laundry, FB, schoolwork, etc for me today.
Stay safe everyone!

Morning Jo..
glad Johnny made it home safely last night and hopefully will not have to venture out today at all.
I DO have to work today. If I worked in the office, I would have definitely called out. That is definitely a DISadvantage of working from home.. there is no calling off for weather. To top it off, Siehara is here **** and I have a 4 hour over the phone training class this morning (FUN FUN) she's going to have to stay out of here for that time so I can pay attention to the training. I hope she can do it!
Other than that, nothing going on here. I'll stop working at 3:30 and maybe try to go out and see if I can find my car.
BE SAFE and stay home if you can!

Tut Tut Looks like Snow. So today will find me Working from Home and trying to keep my little one at bay so I can actually get work done. Plan on taking periodic work breaks to dig snow and play with little one.
I need to relook at my protein intake and make sure I'm getting enough because I have not been keeping track the last week. I will be in my exercise gear and be taking conference calls from my treadmill. Woot.
BEEEEEEEE safe day
Good morning, all!
I hope no one has to go out today!!! (Including Johnny, Jo!) The snow sure looks pretty, but that's because I'm tucked safe inside the house. As me what I think of it in a few hours when the heavy snow starts and the wind kicks in!!! I'm hoping the power doesn't go off, but we'll deal with it if it does. (If it does, I'll be checking with a friend who lives around the corner. We lost power for 3 days after a severe summer storm a few years ago, but she didn't. We'll head over there if that happens again.)
I'm going to attempt to make cinnamon rolls this morning. Think I'll spend some time on the couch with a kitty or two, a cup of tea, and my book. Sounds like a perfect snowy day to me!

But Jo - MOST importantly - Did he come home with your Sheetz coffee?
Anyway - good morning all - Another foot or so this morning. LOVE it! Was outside with Larry shoveling at 11 last night! Why - I don't know - didn't do any good - but....we were together -so what the hell!
Today I woudlike to get some grading done and balance the checkbook and maybe....dare I say it...cook something?!?! And I swear the snow is NOT my fault - I have not cooked A THING for a while now! :)
I hope you all have a GREAT wintery day and enjoy mother nature at her best! :)

Steffi I told him to skip the coffee, It took him 45 minutes to go 2 blocks, I didn't want him to bother. Besides by the time he got home, I didn't need coffee, I needed a stiff adult beverage. The kids are being so bad the last few days!
Now as far as cooking, PLEASE be careful, we don't need the firetrucks attemting to get through the city over a "Steffi mishap"

Wow?!?! Skip the coffee?!?! You must have been REALLY worried - or about to kill a kid and the coffee excuse would NOT have worked! I promise that any and all cooking will be done with Larry in the house so as to avoid any unecessary "steffi mishaps" I thik that is what the fire department calls them anyway! :)
He went to Rutter's for HIS coffee, which is only about 2 miles away. Sheetz is about 8 miles and he is more than willing to go get me one, I said no!
But yeah, he was out already, and said he would be out in it all day "if he was allowed".........ha ha
