Good Morning Everyone!!
I did my hour on the Elliptical after taking a couple of rest days. It felt good to get back on the wagon. So what is everyone else doing to move today?
-Shilpa People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Did 60 minutes on the ellitptical, watching "Law Abiding Citizen" on the ipod. Let me tell you, watching that first thing in the morning is jarring, to say the least... :)
Today I'll do 20 minutes of strength training followed by one hour of Zumba. (Yay! Still so happy to be back to Zumba!) Tonight I'm going to try doing about 30 minutes of yoga as well. I've been having trouble getting to sleep and I was thinking some yoga at the end of the day may help.
