Sticking to the Basics - Tues
Turbot is a white fish. I bought it for the first time on the last trip to Whole Foods. Guy there compared it to tilapia or halibut. It's 'fishier' than tilapia, but not bad. I'm going to go look for something interesting to do with it, but if anyone here has any recipes that have worked well for them, I'd be happy to have them.
B-scrambled egg with cheese
S-shredded beef jerkey .35 oz
L- chili
S-string cheese
D parmasaen chicken 2.5 oz
S- not sure yet..
not feeling the best I am assuming I ate too much chicken and not slow enough.. I hate trying to figure this all out.. I am hoping once the weight starts dropping it all seems easier.. *L

I'm a newbie and haven't had my surgery yet---hoping for Spring. So i won't post what I had today for my tuesday meals. I look forward to the day when i can post what my eating agenda for the day is.
