Morning, folks - gotta get my carbs down! This is such a rough time of year with that!
B: Matrix shake, strawberries and banana
S: Activia yogurt with muesli
L: Wasa multi-grain crispbread with cashew butter
S: 1/2 blood orange and farmer cheese
D: orange soda crockpot chicken (leftovers) and some type of veggie

B: 2.5 oz greek yogurt, 1.5 oz appleasauce, cinnamon, splenda
S: 1 scoop inspire with soymilk
L: 4 oz tomato soup, 2 oz sf jello
S: 1 scoop protein powder with skim milk
D: 4 oz straciatella, 2 oz vanilla egg custard

S: Fuzzy Navel nectar protein shake
S: hardboiled egg with hummus
D: shrimp with vegetables
S: chocolate brownie protein ice cream

It is SO GOOD, and totally takes care of the chocolate brownie craving! I buy the SF brownie cookies at Wawa. They're called Joseph's SF pecan brownie cookies, or something like that. They have them at Whole Foods too but I refuse to shop there now that I heard they penalize their employees' discounts based on BMI.
