whats worng with me?
The band is fickle. Some days I can eat an entire hamburger and other days I can't swallow soup. I try to eat something every 3-4 hours and most days I feel like I am snacking all day. Really, they are mini meals. Follow what your doc/nut say to do. And no, I don't think you need a fill but then I am very conservative when it comes to keeping a tight band.

Yes Lisa is right in what she said about our doc! I do have to do what works best for me sometimes at work all I get time for is shake or what is all I feel for for breakfast. Nikki and everyone else you are right I didn't have snack I also spent most of my day shoveling snow I chose to do this instead of using snow blower so I know that the calories that my brreakfast had I used them up and then come cause I shoveled my house the two neighbours front houses and I shoverled path so we could get into ours car and out of the and pull them out along with cleaning them off. So I didn't stop to have snack which I should have so that made me hungry when supper came along I do know that once in while is not okay that is not good thing I will start to plan my meals ahead and work on portion control too just like Lisa.
Yes the band is fickel sometimes IDK why but it seemds to be I'm learning to work with my tool any more

Nicki - I have been banded for almost 4 years and everyday is a learning day. You will learn what works for you and once you have stick with it! Seems to me you are doing just fine and one little slip up isn't going to hurt you.
