Can you use unsweetned chocolate?  And I just got some samplesof PB2 and was curious what all I could use it for.  Great ideas...thanks!

sure! You just might want to mix in a little splenda to make it sweet enough. If they get too dry  when you add the splenda add a teensy bit of milk to make it the right consistency.

Loree, you can use PB2 the same way you use any peanut butter.  You can add water (and I add a little Splenda) and make a PB & J sandwich.  Sometimes, I just dip a banana into the powder.
