Monday Exercise

Time to work of a few beers and some party food!

I did an good hour of weight training this morning, and Mary and I will be hitting Planet Fitness for an hour of cardio tonight. I'll be hitting up the arc trainer, my new favorite piece of equipment.

How about you guys?

I think I overdid by digging out my driveway by myself and my shoulders still hurt so today is a rest day for me!!

I feel so guilty. Hanging my head in shame

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Oh come on.

If I hung my head in shame everytime I took a rest day, my neck would be broken by now.

I'm going to the gym after work for some cardio and strength training.  Can't do spin tonight because of my meeting, so I guess I'll have to do some stuff on my own.. Oh the horror!!!

I'll be doing some more shovelling again today.  The driveway is only half completed so there is plenty more to do.  Have to get it done by Tuesday night!

Great new avi, Norm!

I didn't have any beer to work off, but did "carb out" a bit on some pretzels and tortilla chips with the homemade guacamole.  Sigh.

Did both stairs and treadmill this morning, followed by crunches and stretches.  I have class until 10 tonight, so won't be doing more later ;-).

Today I'll be once again celebrating my triumphant return to serious cardio with some Zumba!  I *may* get some strength training in before, otherwise I'll do it tomorrow.

hour of karate.  If we get that storm they say is coming in on Wednesday, then it will be my only night to get there.
