One other thing I meant to mention - Treat yourself to a few nice small salad or dessert-size plates and some small bowls (1 cup - 1.25 cup size).  Pick a few that are really nice and a pattern that will make you feel special. 

Using the small and special dishes and bowls for every meal will help you with portion control (the smaller plate makes your portion of food look a lot bigger!).  Pay attention to plating your food so that you're presenting it to yourself nicely - kinda like when you're at a nice restaurant!  It will only take a minute, but the difference will help you feel even better about what you're eating.
