Who's doing what for superbowl?
Who are you rooting for?
Anyone have some Good veggie dip recipes for me to make?

I'm having a small gathering at my house... (anyone local who has no plans are more than welcome to come over just let me know you would like to come) and I'm rooting for the Saints.  GO SAINTS.

no real plans.. could truly care less about the game.

We may go over to the club where I play bingo and go to karaoke.  Siehara can be there until 9, so that would leave us time to watch part of the game and get her home in time for bed.

boring, I know.  I'll just go to the club for the social aspect of it.

There's a foot ball game on this weekend? Humm...

Well in that case, I'll make wings, tater skins, and maybe some artichoke dip. LOL we don'****ch the game but I like snacks! lol *twist the arm of the preggo lady*

I'll root for whoever is the underdog

Are you looking for a dip made with veggies or one to dip veggies in?

I love spinach dip - the one on the box of Knorrs veggie soup mix - it is basically mayo, sour cream, water chestnuts, onions, a pack of dry soup mix and a block of frozen spinach thawed and drained.
You can use greek yogurt for the sour cream and low fat mayo.

Onion dip made with greek yogurt instead of sour cream - just a pack of the lipton onion soup mix and 16oz yogurt - same with ranch dressing mix

Those are the easiest - I always have them for family functions and no one knows that they are actually healthy. For the "others" I put out pretzel rods and tater chips too.

Great looking recipes Nan - especially the buffalo chicken strips - I used to love buffalo wings but since WLS they're definitely off the radar - not only because they're not good for you but also because they make me dump - must be all the butter?? I've tried to eat 2 once or twice but always end up nauseaus so that was enough of that.

How are you doing? Are you still going to PT? Haven't seen any updates lately but I have noticed your numbers going DOWN on the ticker - that's great!!
