Carbquik is a low carb version of Bisquik.  I'm not sure if it's available in stores, but you can buy it online.

Carbquik is a "bisquik" type of baking mix made with "carbalose" flour, so it's much lower in net carbs (90% lower) than regular bisquik.  

Here's the writeup from Netrition.  I've gotten it from Netrition - not seen it in stores, but possibly some specialty stores might carry it.

Well, considering all the rave reviews I might have to give Carbquick another try.  I bought it awhile back and tried some of their recipies and weren't to fond of them....of course I can't remember which ones I made that I didn't like, lol
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I made it with the "heart healthy" bisquick and I thought that they were a little dry - they got a "good but don't make them again" from the hubby lol. He's just used to mine that the dough is made with eggs and cream cheese.
