Oh yes - you can boil it - quickly like 2  minutes - you want it to still have that bite that rice does. You can steam it - same thing - just a few minutes. Or sautee it.

Honestly, I made it up.

But basically, I remember I used 3 bags of steam in a bag Cauliflower, 2 large cans of tuna, 2 cans of cream of celery soup, 2 cups of milk, 1 - 2 bags of shredded cheese. (we like alot of cheese so I use alot)

I don't like peas so didn't add them, but I would think alot of variations could be made.

I know arent they all creative sounds soo yummy .. I have no creativity when it comes to cooking LOL.. I like premade stuff hmmm wonder how I got soo fat ha ha ... I am trying very hard to learn to cook though...
