Good Morning All! What happened to everyone who was posting 2 weeks ago - come on gang! You are eating... what's on your plan! YES thats a challenge!!!

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 roast beef & provolone sandwich on a sandwich thin
S: strawberry yogurt
D: leftover taco salad
S: chocolate pudding

m1  mushroom and sausage frittata
m2  protein drink
m3  chili

not sure after that... leaving a bit early to get some items at the store (craft paper, glue, glitter.. for a kidie craft)

I agree with Liz -- don't let those resolutions slip!  Here's my plan for the day:

B: Hot chocolate Max Protein with Starbucks Via to make it a mocha. Yum!
S: hardboiled egg with a little hummus (lazy woman's deviled egg)
L: chili with a dab of Greek yogurt
S: pudding cup
D: mahi, vegetables
S: protein ice cream
