I agree with Liz -- don't let those resolutions slip! Here's my plan for the day:
B: Hot chocolate Max Protein with Starbucks Via to make it a mocha. Yum!
S: hardboiled egg with a little hummus (lazy woman's deviled egg)
L: chili with a dab of Greek yogurt
S: pudding cup
D: mahi, vegetables
S: protein ice cream
