***French Toast Brigade Friday****

So I just got in from a girls night in which was soooo nice!  Had a great time with a few girls I work with, and another one who has been on medical leave, so it was awesome to see her and catch up.

On the agenda today?  Not much of anything!  A girlfriend of mine may call...we had very very VERY tentative plans to get together....but I don't think I want to.  Not because of her per say...but just with how busy I've been lately, the snow, and the traveling to jersey, I just feel like staying at home, lighting some candles, and watching TV.

The only thing I MUST do is go out early in the am and get some stamps and mail the rent check (must be post marked by the 5th...)  I went to do that today (mail it, that is) and realized....I don't have any stamps.  Luckily, there is a post office in the ACE hardwear store literally in my back yard....so close that it's actually easier to walk then it is to drive.....so that will be quick.

The rest of day...hanging around and I'm gonna enjoy it!  Often I say I'm gonna just enjoy a day at home...and end up doing anything BUT that.  So we'll see!

Have a great day - careful on the commute home in case the "snowflake of doom" as Brian is calling it, does actually come!

Morning Pam.  I've seen your co-workers one too many times this morning and am anxiously awaiting 7am.  Nothing really planned for the rest of the day except some sleep when I get home and waiting for the snow....

Hope everyone has a good Friday....

Good Morning Pam,
I also must go to the post office to mail two packages.  My older son's birthday was Sunday, but I was in the rehab.  So, I must mail him his gift.  Then, I resigned my position at the hospital and must mail the keys and ID badge.  The hospital is a distance to drive.

Then, I am going to be heading to a meeting and then doing some more unpacking and s
tuff.  I found some curtains with apples on them, at a thrift store, and my kitchen is decorated with apples, so I must put up the rods and hang them.  I am supposed to go somewhere this evening, but the snow has me anxious, as I don't drive in it.  I wrecked my car in snow in Michigan a few years ago, and I get extremely anxious anymore.

Must get started.

Hugs,
Trish

Good Morning!

I am up earlier than need be, but oh well. I will be getting ready for my Biology Lab and heading there. After that, I need to stop at the local butchers to get a few meat items. I got all my groceries but only get meat from a certain place so that must be done.

Other than that, nothing else planned. I will grab my big kiddos after school, and we will all bunker down for the weekend and chill out.

Hope everyone has a great day and stays safe.

Morning Pam and PA

Today has me working 7-3:30.. I'm not doing OT.. just too tired and want to chill out for a bit.  Plus, I think I may work a few hours tomorrow if we really get this weather that is threatening to keep us indoors.

I have to pay the rent today, too.  But, that just means walking over to the office in the complex and giving them a check.

After work, I need to go to BJ's to pick up stuff for the hoagie sale the sisterhood is having.  Two of the women are driving to a kosher place in Reading to get the lunch meat.  I have to get the rolls, lettuce, tomato, onions, chips, mayo and mustard packets, etc.  So, no matter what the weather, I have to get over there today or tomorrow.  I'm thinking today would be easier, less chance of too much snow on the ground.

Tonight, I'm not really sure if we are going to our friends' house or not.  I guess I'll see how long it takes in BJ's and how much snow there is.  They live near BJ's, so if they'll have us, we'll probably at least stop in.

That's about it for me.

Have a good day and be careful out there!

Good morning all.  Busy day at Careerlink today.  Not sure what I will do tonight.

Good morning, all!!!

Who's making the french toast???  I'll be over!!!

We were going to head to the beach today, but that's not going to happen with the snow storm that's on the way.  None of us got a lot of sleep last night---Paul's son got up sick during the night.  Looks like he's not going to school today.

No plans for today other than to wait for the snow.

I was pretty excited about something yesterday.  I haven't been able to wear any of my rings in years, since I gained so much weight.  Last time I tried them on a few months ago, I was able to get only 1 of them on.  Yesterday, I tried 2 of my favorites---and they fit perfectly now!  I think I soon need a ring guard for one of them.

Another WOW yesterday?  I used one of the online BMI calculators, and I'm now 'overweight' and no longer obese.  Definitely brought a smile to my face!!!

Have a great day, everyone!!!  Stay safe today!!!
