Here's my "stay warm" food plan! lol

B: oatmeal and fruit
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken broth and salami & cheese roll ups
S: "protein" pudding
D: something with ground beef - I was thinking a quick italian wedding soup
S: chocolate pudding

S: pepper jack cheese and crackers
L: sushi with a salad
S: luna peppermint chocolate bar

15g of protein is good

9g of sugar is too high for me

Oh well.. better off not eating them, they'd probably be a trigger fo rme

B:  coffee (to get things moving) and a strawberry protien smoothie
L:  homemade chicken noodle soup and grapefruit salad
D:  fish taco with avocado, shredded cabbage, salsa and a dash of sour cream

I start PT today so that will be my only exercise.

Lots of water and of course my vitamins.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
