got my date

So I got my surgery date!

Friday, February 19th I am getting my Tummy Tuck and Lipo! I am super excited and scared to death! One of my best buddies is taking me down since she worked for the surgeon for 8 years and has experienced a TT/BA before, and she was an OR post op plastics nurse. So I know she will take good care of me and I will be in good hands.

Wierdly enough, the only people who know about it is her, Johnny and you guys. I will tell Johnny's sister as she will be the one helping me out with kids as I recover. But I am not telling my own mom, sister or anyone else.

Plastics is a taboo thing in my neck of the woods and family, and honestly, I don't feel like hearing it. So hush, hush about it on facebook, I just wanted to share with you guys!

I have been wanting this for years......so I am so happy to have the opportunity to do it!

Congratulations to you - i'm so thrilled for you to have this opportunity!!! Make sure Johnny or your buddy keeps us posted to let us know how you're doing until you feel up to using your own keyboard!

I have Liz, Pam and Steffi's phone numbers so I will be sure to text one of them. Depends on who doesn't mind misspelled texts from a doped up post op!

I'm used to patients with doped up language, I'm sure I could handle it in text form

I don't mind misspelled texts - so long as the algebra is correct! :)  (Oh wait - that does not make me your first choice does it?!?!)
