The life-saver for me in this situation is Muscle Milk Light, which you can refrig for as long as you want (and can leave in a cold car)... delicious! Oh Yeah! shakes are good too...

I have to run out - never did that yesterday. Just need a few items.
Gonna be making chocolate covered strawberries (some sugar free) for a get together I have with some girls from work. Depending on how ambitious I feel, I might do mini eclair's for us, too. We'll see.
Also need to get in touch with said girls considering no real plans have been made as of yet. "Sometime after 6" is all we have come up with, LOL Tentatively, I'm meeting one of the girls at her house and we are driving together to the other girls house.
This evening will be spent hanging with them, BS-ing, and probably having a glass or two of wine. Sounds good to me!
Oh, I should call my doctor, today, too. We've been playing phone tag....

I need to get some heavy duty piano practice in before my lesson tomorrow...I've been slacking on my practice these past two weeks and I need to get with the program - lol
I met with an old high school friend I had not seen in 41 years Tuesday and we had a ball. Talking nonstop for 4-1/2 hours. It was so great seeing her and we decided to keep our renewed friendship going. I had a really fun day.
