Thirsty Thursday Roll call....

Morning everyone.. up and NOT working today!

I am getting ready to go get the bloodwork done for my surgeon.  I'll bring a shake with me to have after that since it is fasting work.  After the bloodwork, I am off to Domestics to see if I can get anymore blood from the sperm donor they call Siehara's father.  

Of course, you know what that means.  I have to look HOT HOT HOT!! He hasn't seen me since his father passed away and that was waaaay before my surgery.  I won't overdo the HOTness.  I wouldn't want to cause a heart attack or anything.. LOL!!  But, I am going to wear clothes that fit me like a glove and jeans that show off the butt!     I have no desire to get this person back in my life, but it will be fun seeing his reaction!!!! 

Anyway, I'm not sure how long I'll be in the Lehigh County court system today.  It all depends on IF he shows and IF he brings money with him.  If he shows with no money, which is likely, then we will probably end up with the caseworker in the morning and then in front of the judge this afternoon.  I have no problem with doing either or both.  It's quite entertaining watching him squirm.  While I am in that neighborhood, my old neighbor from when I lived in the house, works in the court house.  So, we are going to get together for lunch.

If I am done early, I will go to the gym.  If I have to stick around for the day, then I will just go get Siehara from dance and come home to get ready for bingo. 

I have a sitter!!!

Good Morning Lisa!

Good Luck today. I am very blessed that I have never had to go to domestics. I faithfully get a check every other week and it never bounces! LOL. We have kept everything out of the courts and I am thankful for that.

I have class this morning. Johnny took the day off, so I am now going to make him tag along for grocery shopping. It's one thing I hate doing. But we are out of alot and I sure as heck am not going to be stuck in the house with 4 kids, no food, or run out of TP. So if the storm comes, we will be more than prepared, if it doesn't come, oh well, we need to eat anyways!

This evening Johnny wants to get dinner at Olive Garden. I am going to try to change his mind. although the food is good enough, it's just TERRIBLE choices. And I just don't have the will power to order soup. LOL

I am at work today until 4, then off to the chiropractor, a quick stop at K-mart for shelf liner paper (a snow day project in the baby's room), a valentine's day card for Chris (before I forget) and home to make dinner.

I have a busy day. Need to get a LOT of work done in the next 2 days. I have been way too distracted this week!

I have a class tonight I need to prepare for.

Exercise too - skipped the gym last night because I got way off schedule. Should have gone earlier, but kept postponing...not good.

Good morning Lisa and Jodi and Liz - and everyone else who will be chekcing in - I too am NOT working today - I am starting to feel better emotionally and made a root canal appointment for this afternoon.  Depending on wha tI get done, I may just take one more day tomorrow - we shall see what the day holds.  

I am heading off to the pool first thing this morning, did not make it yesterday even though I did get A LOT accomplished.  From there will head to one of three places, to the market, to get my nails done - or back home to take a nap.  I would like to go to the market first, however, I am worried that without having eaten breakfast I will not be a pleasant person at the market and make bad choices to have in my house - read: PRETZELS!  I would like to eat AFTER swimming and don't know if the protein shake will still be good if I get it ready now.  Anyway - so - some more phone calls this morning to keep making appointments that I didn't finish yesterday - YES - there were THAT many.  This afternoon Larry is taking Molly to get her hair cut - so glad he is home and willing to schlep for me!  Then this evening, Emily has her investature for Brownies.  Hopefully that wont be too late becuase I have a meeting at the synagogue for a spring fundraiser we are trying to put together - yup  more things to do - OY!

I know it is terrible of me - but I am sooooo looking forward to a BIG snow storm - for me it is forced home time.  Sometimes it is just what I need.  The problem is that Larry is working all weekend, which means shoveling with the kids for me while daddy sleeps, also it means, nudging and nagging the kids to get things done around the house.  Oh well....at least it is pretty! :)

Not sure if you have already left the house or not, but you could always pack a container of milk and a container of the protein powder and mix together when you are ready to have it....

I am still home - that is what I usually do - do you think the milk will still be good in about an hour or so?  (There is not a refridgerator there that I knowof - I do have an insulated lunchbag - but still get nervous.)
