I got the recipe off of wegman's recipe site and substituted miracle noodles for rice noodles.

The recipe yielded 42 oz. finished and the nutritional info for the entire wok full was:

906 Cal., 28.8 fat, 69.4 carb (20.4 fiber), 94.1 Protein

It was very good and I'm hoping it tastes even better tomorrow. Can't wait to try it with Chicken.

Hiya -

I have been reading about miracle noodles because I'd never heard of them before. So far everyone says they have a fishy smell/taste. How do you get rid of that? Do you find they have a fishy smell/taste?

Thanks,
Chanel

Your supposed to rinse them well and dry them, that will eliminate the smell and they have no taste other than what you put them with,

There are also several types of Miracle Noodles, the ones you buy in the stores are made with tofu and have calories.  The ones you buy online come in two forms from the same manufacturer.  If you buy Konjac Miracle Noodles you can cook with them.  If you buy just plain Miracle Noodles you can't heat them up, they get added to the dish after its cooked.  Both products need to rinsed well and dried before use.

Thanks for the information. I will definitely give them a try and see if I like them.
