I'm back to the gym this morning with a good 60-minute session on the elliptical.

I'm hoping to get back to PLanet Fitness again tonight for some time on the arc trainer. I'm really hammering cardio this week.

Good Morning Norm!
I did 60 minutes on my elliptical this morning. I am feeling a little under the weather so I am done for the day.

Have a good day!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I will get to my karate class tonight and then go home and jump on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes.

Got to the gym this morning and did both the stairs and the treadmill, followed by ab crunch machine and back extension machine, stretching, and then out of there!

I've been too embarrassed to post to this thread so far, as the chronic lyme has really affected my exercise ability.  But I'm doing what I can, so no more shame.

I just returned from a brisk 30 minute walk!  I'm going to let the pain and so on die down, then do some handweight exercises.

Lisa, don't be embarrassed to post to the thread.  Any little bit of movement you are doing is better than sitting on the sofa doing nothing.  You just do what you can do and be proud that you are doing it!!!
