I love you all

I am in tears right now, having just read the loving messages on Nicole's post about my absence from the board.  I have been away, in some inpatient facilities for my mental health.  Funny thing about those facilities, they limit phone time and have no computers for the patients.  In one, the only TV we were allowed was three hours of local news, two in the morning and one at night.  We did get to watch the playoffs last weekend.  That was a treat.

I am battling some heavy duty mental illnesses, and alcoholism, on top of physical pain related to herniated discs and fibromyalgia.  It has not been a pretty school year, and I am not sure about when I will return to work.

My posts on Facebook in recent months belied my true problem, as I always try to be chipper and upbeat, and three weeks ago, I crashed, burned and self-destructed.  My sense of humor is slowly coming back, and I am trying to get a handle on life in the real world again.

Thanks for the prayers.  I am a true believer in God and know that He loves me.

Trish, I'm glad that you were able to seek the help you needed during your crisis.  It's good to see you back and posting and I hope things keep moving forward for you.

We love you and are here for you whenever you need us.  Do what you need to do to make YOU the best Trish you can be.

Trish - I am so sorry that you are going through this but so happy that you have sought the help that you need. Please know that we are also here to lean on if you need us. Maybe some time in Michigan with the munchkins is just what the Dr ordered!
