Tuesday Movers & Shakers!

Good Morning Everyone!
I see nobody has started this thread in a couple of days. I have been moving daily but just don't have too much time to spend here as I use to. I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be watching what I put in my mouth today. SO what is everyone else doing to move today?

morning Shilpa.... well it's almost afternoon now.

I don't think I will be doing anything formal.  But, since I am in the office today, I have been using the stairs to go up and down and I am walking around a lot going back and forth to the bathroom and stopping to visit with people. 

I MAY do a FitTV thing tonight if everything on my DVR saved during the power outage.. G-d I hope it did.  I'll be pretty upset if it is all gone.

I'll be doing as much recumbent bike as I can stand (about 45 minutes, I hope), and a Body Pump class.  8 more days until I can go back to Zumba...

Ok ...I have no more excuses.
I got a $1000 elliptical for $300
I got a $1300 treadmill for FREE!
Surgery in two weeks as of yesterday!
After a little hiatus ..this morning I got back on the routine...
8 minute arms
20 minutes treadmill
10 minutes elliptical
* all cut short due to work/ not getting up early enough.....and then my first client doesnt show anyway.......oh well it's a good start.
I need to be held accountable!

Did 60 sweaty minnutes on the arc trainer at PLanet Fitness last night. Felt good to get back. I've been sick and not working outt for the better part of a week.
