about the Pan Fried Chow Mein Recipe I posted
I made it and it was awful, so I tried to save the dish by adding some sauteed Chicken Breast to it. Better, but still sucked. So it sat in the refrigerator over the weekend and I had it for lunch yesterday at work. Yummo, the smell, taste, texture was perfect.
Tonight I am trying a recipe for singapore noodles using miracle noodles.

Not that I am a really frugal person, but somethings can't be overlooked. Especially since I have to realize that every single thing I put in my mouth doesn't have to be the most delicious thing I ever tasted,. Although that would be wonderful, I have to accept the fact that a food addict will never be satisfied with either quantity or flavor. I have to eat to live not live to eat. The numbers were okay on this and I had a fair investment in the ingredients, and it was a change in my daily routine for sure. So why not stick it out?
