I was contemplating trying this challenge this year instead of next year because someone said I couldn't do it.  Who is going to do this event this year?  I think Pam & Lisa were talking about it a while back?  If you are doing it, is it hard to raise the $100 per participant?  My son said he would climb with me, so I would need to raise $200.  Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Sara

I think you can easily raise the money!! Do you work in a corporate environment? I bet even here you could raise a good bit of money!

I have to bow gracefully out of this one, while what is it - 10 bazillion stairs? lol sounds like a great time! 1) that's the march cooking class day and 2) I'll be 28 weeks pregnant - so unless there is a bench and a potty every oh I dunno 20 stairs  won't make it.

GREAT decision to do this though! Keep us posted!

What is the event and raising money for whom?

The event is fight for air climb.  It benefits the american lung assosciation.  You climb 50 flights of stairs or something like that

Yes, I am still contemplating it.  I would have already signed up, but I need to find out if I am going to be in a conference for work that weekend or not.

Lisa had contemplated doing it, and Karen is also on board.

I had mentioned this past week if someone wanted to sign up as a team now, that would be fine and I would join when I could, or if ppl didn't mind waiting, I would sign us up as a team once I found out about the conference.

I believe your son would have to register (or you would have to register him) separately, so yes, you would need to raise a total of $200

I dont' think raising that would be to big of a deal....really...it's only 10 ppl donating $10 each which probably wouldn't be all that difficult to do.

I met with my trainer today and she recommends I wait for next year...bummer.  My knees and hips still are not in good enough shape yet.
