Gaining need help!
Hi there - I am SURE that there are those MUCH further out than me that will post ideas for you about getting back to basics - but I can share about the Langhorne Meetings - Every first Saturday of the month from noon - 4, (this Saturday! YAY) and every third Wednesday evening of the month from 7-8:30ish. It is a WONDERFUL group of people that are always willing to share stories, ideas, wows and woes with all of us! Would love to see you join us!
I had my RNY 1/30/07 so I am a few months further out then you. I am down 140 +/- pounds and was maintaining before getting pregnant.
Get back to basics! Plain and simple. Your tool is still there just put it back to work. Do a 5 day pouch test (just google it - all the directions etc will come up). Then protein first, veggies next carbs last. 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks. 64 ounces of water.
You CAN do this! I post a daily "sticking to the basics" menu thread. Join us there - being accountable is a great step too.
Good luck!

Congrats on the weight loss, first of all.
Try tracking your food/water/exercise for a week and compare it to the guidelines your nutritionist gave you for someone a year+ post-op. If you find you're doing nothing that looks suspect, make an appt with your nutritionist for the best advice.
Good luck!
