Recipe - Butternut Soup
Made this butternut soup yesterday and it turned out really yummy! Nice and low in cals, fat, and carbs, good protein, and warms you up from the inside. Doesn't TASTE low fat!

You could easily sub 6 oz greek yogurt for the 4 oz cream cheese to further reduce fat and raise protein, but the texture wouldn't be quite as creamy and thick - however, would still taste great, I think.
