Sticking to the Basics - Monday

Good Morning All!

How did you do food wise over the weekend? I didn't eat nearly enough... have to work on that

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: leftover roast beef and gravy with about 2 Tablespoons mashed potatoes
S: fruit and yogurt
D: flounder and green beans
S: pudding or yogurt

let's not talk about the weekend, huh? It wasn't terrible, but not great.  I don't know what is wrong with me.

Today though.. back to pouch test.  something has got to give

B: click protein shake
L: protein shake
D: broth

in between, I will drink drink drink and drink drink drink.. there may be some pudding in between.

I have got to break this stall and get rid of this grazing

L: burrito bowl (black beans, chicken, peppers, cheese, Greek yogurt, salsa, guac)
S: ricotta with SF caramel syrup
D: beef stew
S: Not sure. Maybe another hot chocolate Max Protein

The weekend wasn't horrible - tried to get ahead of the game by cooking ahead a bit, so we'll see...

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli
L:  Baked crab cake over romaine lettuce with cilantro dressing (all homemade)
S:  Butternut soup
D:  Sirloin stir fry (left over)
S:  Clementine

Had sesame seed water crackers with hummus for breakfast, along with a few red grapes.

Protein shake for lunch.

Having leftover Chinese style chicken with veggies for dinner.

Planned snacks for the day include Atkins snack bar, pumpkin seeds, peppered turkey slices, whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
