Sticking to the Basics - Monday
let's not talk about the weekend, huh? It wasn't terrible, but not great. I don't know what is wrong with me.
Today though.. back to pouch test. something has got to give

The weekend wasn't horrible - tried to get ahead of the game by cooking ahead a bit, so we'll see...
B: Matrix shake with strawberries
S: Activia yogurt with muesli
L: Baked crab cake over romaine lettuce with cilantro dressing (all homemade)
S: Butternut soup
D: Sirloin stir fry (left over)
S: Clementine

Had sesame seed water crackers with hummus for breakfast, along with a few red grapes.
Protein shake for lunch.
Having leftover Chinese style chicken with veggies for dinner.
Planned snacks for the day include Atkins snack bar, pumpkin seeds, peppered turkey slices, whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
