Today's plan:

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: cheddar cheese
L: leftover filet mignon, zucchini & tomatoes
S: hardboiled egg with hummus
D: seared scallops
S: Greek yogurt with SF syrup

Protein shake for breakfast.  Chinese food for dinner - meeting friends at a new restaurant, so not sure what's on the menu, but I'll choose something with chicken and skip the rice.  Lunch, etc...depends what I buy at the market today.
