super fast cheescake recipe - no bake
1 - 8oz pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese let soften to room temp
1 - pkg of SF cheescake pudding
1 - regular container of coolwhip
crumbled graham crackers - optional
mix SF pudding with 1 cup skim milk, then mix it together real good with softened cream cheese and cool whip. then pour into pie shell if you like you can just put the graham cracker crums or you can use SF cookie crumbs in the bottom of the pie pan and you can also sprinkle some on top. and place in fridge for about an hr.
you can add fresh or frozen fruit for a change.
if you want a lemon taste then use lemon SF pudding instead of the cheescake pudding or you can use any pudding even chocolate . my favorites are pistachio and the cheescake

I made something similar to this a few months ago and ate the whole thing in two sittings. Extreme overload .... it was so good ... but a real trigger. I also added some lemon flavored s/f pudding mix as well.
