GREAT post! When I first started trying to get into a routine of exercising someone once said "If you don't feel like exercising, start for at least 10 mins. If after 10 mins you want to stop, then you can" I followed that advice multiple times, and must say, never once stopped after ten mins.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 

You go girl!! I know the feeling - its so easy to 'justify' not exercising and that happens way too often and then its so hard to get back into a routine. I'm at that point myself right now still working on getting a more regular routine going after the holidays - and I find that if I really don't think about it too much I'm more prone to just get on my bike and get moving.
