BJ's warehouse
My sister recently got a member ship to BJ's warehouse and I am looking for ideas of good things to get that are WLS friendly. I did go once and picked up a few little goodies, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of other things to get. So far, my list consists of :
Bulk packs of chicken breast, pork chops, ground turkey
Babybel cheese (comes in a 24 pack)
Chobani 0% - large container
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Lisa
I have a costco membership, but there are a lot of similarities. I stock up on Muscle Milk Light there (a case is a lot cheaper than elsewhere - and I just tried their own brand and it's REALLY tasty and just as good nutritionally) as well as frozen individually wrapped tilapia filets, salmon, etc. Also a great source for cheeses and meats. Vitamin supplements are frequently cheaper there if you can find the ones you need - I get all of hubby's vitamins there, but have less luck finding the chewables and sublinguals at costco - maybe you'll be luckier.
