Turkey slow-cooker "stew" (or soup??) recipe - YUM

I LOVE the way this turned out!  I got a little experimental and combined a couple of ideas to make a slow-cooker turkey dish that's half-way between a soup and a stew.  It's a little creamy and a lot delicious!  And really high protein.

You can control the carbs by which veggies you choose to toss in.  The calculations are for 2 pre-washed/pre-cut bags of stew vegetables from the produce aisle, which contain a bunch of carrots, some red potatoes, onions and celery.

Enjoy!

Nicole - it IS good and was ridiculously easy.  Both Eddie and Becky loved it too and they're sometimes really picky about stuff like this, especially if they "suspect" it might be healthy.

Enjoy!

Karen, I agree this sounds amazing! I was looking for a stew recipe to make this weekend for when it's going to be freezing and I won't want to go out -- thank you!

Yummy!

And Rachel Ray's word for a dish that is thicker than soup but thinner that stew is "Stoup" which probably is about what this is.

Thanks once again!

That's the perfect word for it!  Thanks!

Karen, by a "large" container of greek yogurt, do you mean one that is the size of a cottage cheese container? I'm shopping for these ingredients tomorrow!

Lynn,

Yep - the one that's something like 10 oz or 12 oz as opposed to the single-serving container.
