B: Oh Yeah! nutritional drink (not bad - first time i tried it - 32g protein, 3 sugars (all natural), 6 carbs, 3 fiber, 9 fat, 220 cals)
S: Activia yogurt with muesli
L: Out with a friend to Cosi - probably a salad
S: Gardein vegetarian chicken nuggets with ****tail sauce
D: Crock pot turkey soup/stew (hope it turns out good!)
