Good Morning All!

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: leftover mushroom soup
S: yogurt or a jello mousse cup
D: chicken and string beans
S: yogurt or pudding

B: dippy eggs and that kim kins "bread"-did good for soaking up the yolk!! YUMMY
S: yogurt
L: the pepper that I still haven't eaten.. is it still good? I hope so
S: protein shake after gym
D: roast beef leftover from last night
S: 2 peanut butter balls

Ugh - I forgot to defrost something for dinner today!  And I may or may not be meeting a friend for lunch, but don't know where yet!  Some place I can get chicken or fish, cooked right...And protein shakes and bars in between.  I MUST plan better!

B- Slice of toast and  protein shake made with Almond Milk and Designer whey
Coffee with splenda and creamer

L- Tuna on salad greens with feta and spritz dressing

S- Greek Yogurt with mango

D- Pork chop and some kind of veggie

There will be another snack not sure what yet

Morning!

B: Oh Yeah! nutritional drink (not bad - first time i tried it - 32g protein, 3 sugars (all natural), 6 carbs, 3 fiber, 9 fat, 220 cals)
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli
L:  Out with a friend to Cosi - probably a salad
S:  Gardein vegetarian chicken nuggets with ****tail sauce
D:  Crock pot turkey soup/stew (hope it turns out good!)
