Sticking to the Basics - Thurs
This is going to be a screwy food day for me because I am going to be in the car for most of it...
B: oatmeal
S: yogurt
L: cheddar cheese and some steak bits
S: protein bar
D: depending on when I am getting home something that I can pick up or chicken breasts I have marinating at home

OKAY... Today was bagels and cream cheese at work for my birthday since most fruit is out of season or just not tasting good or maybe too expensive.... So I had one since they bought my favorite kind .. Half & Half
So if I look at my totals for the day and compare it to Weigh****chers points I come in at an 18 for the day .... So I don't feel so bad
