Kim Kins Ziploc Denver Omelet
Makes 1 serving
2 medium eggs
1 slice sandwich ham, chopped
2 mushrooms, sliced thin
1 tbsp bell pepper, minced
1 tsp onion, minced
salt & pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a Ziploc baggie, squeeze out air and zip closed. Squeeze bag a few times to combine eggs with other ingredients.
Place baggie into rolling boiling water for 10 minutes. Carefully open the baggie and the omelet will easily roll out. Add salt & pepper and enjoy!
