Sticking to the basics - Tues
Hi Liz - and anyone else who ventures out here today:
B - Egg white, Salami and cheese omelet
S - Cheese Stick
L - Something at Pizzaria Uno
S - Carrots and Hummus (I hope it does not bother me today)
D - chili
S - not sure - maybe the pudding mousse that you all made me crave and I bought yesterday!

Breakfast - had a protein shake
We're doing a Chinese buffet for lunch, I think, and I will do whatever looks most appropriate - they usually have a nice chicken and broccoli.
Tilapia for dinner, if it thaws.
Aside from that - protein bars/shakes, edamame, might add in a few nuts or seeds.
Still doing well with my meds and supplements, giving myself B12 shots, weighing myself each morning (that seems to work best for me). Still not getting enough exercise, but I'm hoping the pain begins to let up enough to do more soon...in fact, I'm already looking forward to long spring walks!
